If you want to remove featured Slider (carousel slider) slider form all over the them then follow this.

WordPress Dashboard ---> Theme Options --> General --> Featured Posts Settings --> 
1- Top Featured posts settings --> Query --> Number of Post --> Put "0" here and it will be hide.
2- Footer Featured posts settings -->  Query --> Number of Post --> Put "0" here and it will be hide.

But If you want to hide this Slider from only home page or category page there you will see these option in Featured Posts Settings
Show on Index page, Show on Category Pages, Show on Landing Page template, Show on Single Page Standard, Show on Single Page Full-Width Top, Show on Single Page Full-Width MID,

So Just un-check any option and it will be hide
