1- Login to WordPress Dashboard with Admin Account.
2- Come to Appearance --> Categories Custom Fields--> From here select any category drop down and then click on Add NEW CUSTOM FIELDS button.
2- Give a Title for Custom Fields and Then Press Save Changes
