In Classiera We have 3 Type of Ads.
Free Ads: All Registered user can post free ads. Admin can set Limit for Free Ads posting.

Example: Admin can set user can post 1 or 2 or 5 free ads, Then user must need to purchase Plan for posting.

Or Admin can Turn OFF Regular Ads posting. Then All ads will be paid ads.

For Regular Ads settings please go to.

WordPress Dashboard --> Classiera Options --> Ads Manager --> Regular Ads.

From here you can set Ads limit, Or Turn OFF Regular ads posting.

Premium Ads : For the Premium Ads, We have option to create Pricing Plans with Price, Days and Ads Limit, User must need to purchase a Plan for Posting Premium Ads. When Plan will be expire then ads will be moved to Draft and user can again purchase any plan and reactive these ads.

In Premium ads you can also use Pay Per Post, In Pay per post you can set a single ad price on categories base.

Featured Ads: If Admin don't want to use Premium Ads then Admin can assign a category form theme option to shown ads from a category on Premium Place. Or Admin can Make any Regular Ads to Featured ads, Also Admin can Make any Featured Ads to Regular Ads. 

Note: We have option for admin , Admin can assign any plan to any user without Payment. In This case admin can receive payment in Bank or any other media and simply assign any plan to any user.

Payment option: We are using Woo Commerce as a payment option.

1- If you have import our dummy content and you want to set any template as a homepage then just visit this page.

1- Go to WordPress Dashboard --> All Pages --> Create New Page.

you will see all pending posts  or private posts. just click on quick edit and change post status to Publish, And if that post is private just un-check that private box and update that post. Then it will be live and will shown to all user's.

If you don't want review system then just turn off Post Moderation from Classiera Options.

If you have seen Registration is Currently Disabled message, Then you must need to know its WordPress Basic settings, Its not related to theme.

Now If you want to allow user registration then you need to follow this.

First of all Please make sure you have created Plans and now you want to assign any plan to any user?

1- Go to WordPress Dashboard --> Pricing Plans--> Here you will see your All Plans which you have created. Now Click on Edit for that plan which you want to assign to any user.

Hello before to update theme, Please make sure you have not done any changes in theme core file. If you have done any changes in main theme like (Update or change css, update or change language, Any function) Please save all change before to update theme. 

But if you are using Child theme then no need to save changes from Child theme because you are going to update only Parent Theme File.

Important : Never update child theme file.

Step 1: Download Latest File from themeforest.

Step 2: Extract Zip file and then you will see one an other theme file like (classiera.zip, themename.zip), Extract this file also.

Step 3: Login your FTP and go to root/wp-content/themes/

(Note: If you are using Classiera Version 1.7 or older version then first go to Plugin Folder via FTP. 

root/wp-content/plugins/ you will see one folder by name of "joinwebs-locations" delete this folder)

Step 4: Now Just upload(replace) latest file which you have extract . It will ask you "Are you sure you want to replace all files?" Just Click on yes.

After to upload complete file you will see your have updated version.

Very Important: If you have already translate your .po (language) file , Then before to update theme please save (download) your language file and after to update theme file just replace this file and it will be work fine. Or Just replace .PO file and never replace .MO file.

These things will be never lost while updating theme (All Post, All Categories, All Theme Settings), So don't worry about these.

1) New User Register: Admin and user both will receive email.

2) New Post if Pending status: Admin will receive email and will notify to approve or reject that.

3) Approve Post: If post will be approve then User will receive email. 

4) Contact to Author: There is one form on each single ads page when any visitor will fill this form and send then it will be goes to Author of that post not Admin.

5) BID: When a user will post BID then Ad Author will receive email notification.

6) Expire: When Ad will be expire then author will receive email notification.

Recently I have received a ticket from us user .

When he try to purchase any plan then this error shown.

Generally this error means you are not using the correct API credentials. If you are convinced your credentials are correct then take a look at your endpoint. Sandbox credentials will not be valid in the production environment and live credentials will produce this error in the sandbox.

Then i just login to WordPress Dashboard and check his paypal info so there was an empty space at the start or email and end of the email. Also there was empty space at the start of API Signature and at the end of API Signature.

I just remove that space and its working fine now.

Also you must need to fill complete form including.

• Thank you page - after successful payment
• Thank you page - after failed payment

Method One

1- Login with your FTP or Cpanel.

2- Come to root/wp-content/themes/classiera/

3- from here delete old file by name of template-edit-post.php

4- After to delete this file please upload new file.

Method Two:

2- Come to WordPress Dashboard --> Appearance --> Theme Editor --> From here select file template-edit-post.php from right side.

Hello When you are going to update classiera Version from 1.7 to 1.8 then you must need to do these steps.

1- Login via FTP or Hosting cpanel

2- Come to root/wp-content/plugins/ Here you will see "joinwebs-locations" Delete this folder.

What is Email Verification on Registration?

First visit this : classiera options --> General settings --> Email Verification on Register.

If Email Verification on Register is Turn ON:

Then on register page user will see option to put

User Name & Email. When user will put user name and email then password will be goes to user email inbox and user must need to put that password for login.

If Email Verification on Register is turn off.

Then on register page user will see option to put

Password

after to put these info when user will click on register then it will be auto login and redirect to profile page.

Now its up to you what you want to use.

1- Please go to WordPress Dashboard --> All Pages : From here delete page that called Pricing Plans.

2- Please go to WordPress Dashboard --> Pricing Plans --> Delete All Plans.

3- Please go to WordPress Dashboard --> Appearance --> Menu --> From here remove pricing plans tab from menu and save menus.

As you know in classiera we have 2 types of locations.
1- WordPress Dashboard --> All Posts --> Locations.
These locations we have shown on HomePage V5, And HomePage V6.
These locations comes with images. If you want to use locations with images then you must need to use these locations.
With these locations On Submit Ads there will be only one dropdown called "Select Country" Then there will be input for States & City & address, You can also turn OFF States and city.
And you can also Translate "Select Country" To Select City or states what you want.

2- Locations JW:
Here you can show Country -> States -> City.
Here you can put all country names then you can put states for that all countries then you can put cities for all states.
a) States will be depends on Country. On Submit Ads when user will select Country then in next dropdown will be shown states.
b) Cities depends on States. When user will select Country then in next dropdown states will be shown when user will select States then City will be shown.
In These locations you can also turn OFF City dropdown. Then there will be only 2 dropdown.
Select Country and Select states. But you can also translate "Select Country & Select States"

Note: So at the last if you want to show only one dropdown then user first locations. And if you want to shown 2 or 3 dropdown on submit ads page then use Locations JW.

As you know Featured ads always shown at the top of the page/list till expiry so Bump Ad option is best for regular/free ads.

Bump Ad: When a user post an ad, Then after some time/days that ad will be goes on second page or down, And that user want to show that ad again on top of the list, Then User can use Bump Ad option, So Bump means that will be update to Current date & time, And again That ad will be come at the top of this list.

When more ads will comes then that ad will again goes to down.

Bump Ad mean , User can show his/her ad at the top of the list when ad will be goes to down.

We are using CRON JOB on hourly base to expire ads and send email notification.

If your ads are not expired after due date then you must need to contact with your hosting support.

Because on some hosting servers corn job is disabled by default. Like (One.com) is not support Cron Job. So We never recommend One.com Hosting Company.

So you need to contact with your hosting support and ask then to allow CRON JOB.

And for same time you can try this.

Edit your wp-config.php and add this code.

Please go to Go to the Google Cloud Platform Console.

From here select your project and then you will see In use APIs --> Click on View All APIs --> Unused APIs --> Geocoding API --> Enabled

Then your Submit ad page will work fine.

3- Google MAP Show error 404.

When you use any Gmail or Hotmail or any other email for sending email then logically its not sending from actual host that's why receiving server thing its SPAM email .

So if you will use domain email then it will be goes from your server then sure it will goes in inbox.

Please do the following
1- Go to WordPress Dashboard --> Settings --> General --> Admin Email.
Here you need to put [email protected]
2- Then come to Classiera Options --> Contact Page--> Here also put same email with your domain name.

After to done these points if you still seen email in spam then you need to contact with your Hosting support regarding this.

We are using these email notifications in classiera.

1) New User Register: Admin and user both will receive email.

2) New Post if Pending status: Admin will receive email and will notify to approve or reject that.

3) Approve Post: If post will be approve then User will receive email. 

4) Contact to Author: There is one form on each single ads page when any visitor will fill this form and send then it will be goes to Author of that post not Admin.

5) BID: When a user will post BID then Ad Author will receive email notification.

6) Expire: When Ad will be expire then author will receive email notification.

If you want to translate these email notifications then you need to translate Classiera Helper plugin, Because these all text comes from classiera helper plugin.

There are two ways of allowing users to post Regular Ads:  
1. Create and configure the Pricing Plans without setting the free ads limit. Users will be required to purchase an ad plan before they can post any Regular Ads.

2. Create and configure the Pricing Plans and set the free ads limit. Users will be able to post a number of Regular Ads right after creating an account.  
 
1. After you have configured your Pricing Plans, a registered user can start posting ads by logging in to their account and purchasing one of the plans. He or she can post as many Regular and Featured Ads as set out in each plan.

2. But if you want to allow users to post free Regular Ads without purchasing a plan, you can do so by specifying that in the Classiera Options:

Go to Classiera Options --> Ads Manager --> Regular Ads. Turn on the Regular Ads Post Limit option, enter the number of free ads in the How many Free Ads can a user post field and click on Save Changes button on the bottom right (see below image).

After the above configuration is in place, a visitor can register an account and start posting Regular Ads right away, without having to purchase a plan.

So, in our example, we gave away 4 free Regular Ads. These ads are available for all registered users regardless whether or not an advert plan has been purchased. That means a user who has just registered an account, can post up to 4 Regular Ads free of charge. After this limit is reached, he or she will be required to buy an ad plan if they want to post more adverts.

Those, who have already bought any ad plan, will also have the chance to post the 4 free Regular Ads before having to use the Regular Ads included in the plan.

If you want to setup LayerSlider on you homepage then first make sure you have import dummy slider or you have create your Slides.

1- Come to WordPress Dashboard --> LayerSlider WP --> Sliders--> Slider your slides which you want to use on your homepage --> Copy shortcode.

2- Come to WordPress Dashboard --> All Pages --> Edit your homepage and come to page meta --> From here select Layerslider --> And insert your shortcode, And Update page.

2- Now come to Classiera Options --> Layout Manager -->

a) If you are using Landing page then come to Landing page manager.

1- Featured Slider : (Here you can set how many featured ads will be shown at Featured / Premium Slider.

2- Advertisement Section : On this section featured/premium ads will be shown at top. Then regular ads, Here you can also set limit how many featured ads you can to show here.

3- Category Page: On category page we have shown featured/premium ads at the top and then regular ads will be shown.

4- Search Page: When a visitor search any thing then featured ads will be shown at top then regular ads will be shown.

If your email goes to SPAM then possible issues will be.

1- You are not using domain name email for sending email.

Please create a domain email like [email protected] and then come to

WordPress Dashboard --> Settings --> General --> Here you will see Email Address Option . Please change this to domain name email.

Then come to WordPress Dashboard --> Classiera Options --> Contact Page --> Also change email from here.

Then test email, Your problem will be solved. If not then read point number 2.

How to Apply Google/HTML, Banner Ads on HomePage?

On Home page we have 3 banner option, As per Google AdSense rules you can only display 3 ads in one page.

Step 1: Come to WordPress Dashboard --> Classiera Options --> Advertisement --> Home Page Ads.

From here if you want to apply any image banner then please upload image (Home Page First banner Image Ads) Also insert link if you want to display click able banner.

From here you need to drag Banner Ads option to enabled section, And you can also adjust place.

Ans: Please come to

1- Classiera Options --> Advertisement --> Other Ads --> Single Post banner. Here we have option to display 2 banner. From here Place your banner or HTML Code,

2- Go To WordPress Dashboard --> Appearance --> Widgets --> Single Ad sidebar --> Here you can place your code code.

3- Or you can display different ads for each single ad details page.
WordPress Dashboard --> All posts --> Edit any ad and come to post meta. Here you will see option for (Ad code to display at top, Ad code to display at sidebar).

Category Page:

1- Go to WordPress Dashboard --> Classiera Options --> Advertisement --> Other Ads -->Location & Category Page Ad.

2) Also you can display different ads on different category page.

Ans: Please Make sure your New User role set to Contributor Not Customer.

1- Come to WordPress Dashboard --> Settings --> General --> New User Default Role --> Select Contributor. Save Settings.

If some user's already signup with Customer role. Then.

Come to WordPress Dashboard --> All User --> Edit user one by one any change user role to Contributor .

Now We will discuss how expiry work for Pay Per post.

Lets spouse you have set $5 for a single ad post in Automotive categories and you have setup expiry for 10 days.

Now When a user will post ad in this category by selecting pay per post. Now its means this ad will be shown in featured place for 10 days.

After 10 days that ad will be become regular ad, Now on this ad , regular ad expiry function will work.

So if you have set expiry 30 days for regular ads, Then this pay per post ad will be live on your website for 30 days.

10 days in featured ads, And 20 days in regular ads.

After that, Ad will be expire, Now this is regular ad and if you have turned on re-list, Then sure user can re-list that ad, But that will be regular ad, Not featured ads.

For this settings come to WordPress Dashboard --> Classiera Options --> Ads Manager --> Regular ads --> Ad Expiry Status --> (Trash, Expired).

If you select “Trash”, then a user ad will be moved to Trash and the user will not be able to restore the ad. But if you choose to select “Expired”, then the user can restore their ad any time.
